State Financial Filing Forms
State Financial Filing Forms
Wings Plus State Financial Filing Forms provides a comprehensive library of forms for all lines of business. It uses the same forms that are preapproved from the DOI websites and updates form information in real-time when the underlying annual or quarterly statement data changes. And it includes comprehensive instructions to ensure compliance requirements are met.
State Financial Filing Forms houses more than 2,200 state financial filing and compliance forms — including for surplus lines, risk retention groups, and all of the "other" forms typically needing to be completed, not included with other annual statement software — including those required by the various state regulatory agencies, such as Health Insurance Boards, Secretaries of State, et al.
Forms and Function
State Financial Filing Forms monitors state DOI websites to identify when forms change. We "tag" the forms with data entry, formula, and linked cell fields, and review them for filing accuracy. We add filing instructions, so you know when specific forms and reports are due, and how to properly file them. You are then alerted that forms are updated and ready for automated download and use. For those states that only allow online form submissions, hyperlinks take you directly to those forms.
State Financial Filing Forms stores discrete values once in the database, hyperlinking those values to the appropriate fields in the dependent, compliant electronic forms. So, data automatically pulls from annual or quarterly statements to pre-populate state forms, enabling you to trace it back to its origin within the statements. Data entry and calculation fields complete the form, which can then be saved locally, saved centrally, or routed via e-mail. External references to linked values within the form can be locked to prevent unexpected changes, and "None" can be stamped on blank, yet required filings. Finished forms can be put into a "browse only" state to disable editing, while allowing forms to be viewed, printed, and archived.
