At the base level, we offer two options to deliver our applications via software as a service (SaaS), either on a shared Web platform or on private, physically-dedicated servers at our data center. Lastly, you can have us administer, manage and optimize our applications for you within your data center, which is what we are presently doing with one of the largest insurance companies in the country.
We were the first company with a SaaS, or cloud-based offering, and the only company that offers this array of delivery capabilities. In fact, 75% of our clients are hosted. They recognize the significant financial benefits of outsourcing the expense and headaches of maintaining and supporting the hardware, software, and staffing associated with traditionally installed software.
