About the Company

ETM was founded in 2001 to develop software and procedures that deliver financial reporting and tax-compliance services to insurers. ETM continues relationships established in 1984 between Larry Kane, Layton Olson, Bruce Benson, Dennis Miller, and Jeff Textor, the founders of ETM. Their years of collaboration have produced a singularly effective portfolio of products and services – and a continuing commitment to serving their customers and the industry.
